Iron Laws

“Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” – Clarke’s Law
“Any sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice.” – Clark’s Law

(‘Clark’s Law’ is a reference to Hanlon’s Razor [which itself is a disguised reference to Robert A. Heinlein], but is often referred to as Grey’s Law. I am uncertain as to why it was called ‘Clark’s Law’ in the context in which I found the comparison above, unless someone thought the similarities in names was an interesting coincidence and didn’t realize they’d remembered the names incorrectly.)
